About the Supporting & Promoting Plymouth Business campaign

Jon grew up surrounded by local businesses, as many of his family members and friends run businesses in Plymouth.

Because he grew up around local independent businesses, Jon understands the effort every owner puts in, and it's why he is a passionate advocate for local business.

He has spent years working with and buying from local businesses in Plymouth. Jon started his 'Shop Local Plymouth' campaign to promote local firms ahead of multinational companies.

Jon's view is simple: if you spend your money with a local business, that money is more likely to be spent with another local business, or to employ a local person in Plymouth.

Jon regularly works with and campaigns on behalf of local businesses throughout the City of Plymouth.

If this affects your street, tell Jon what you have seen — campaigns with several residents behind them move faster than campaigns with one.
