What this page covers
This page explains what happens to the details you send through the forms on plymouthjon.com.
What is collected
Only what you type into a form: your name, your contact details, and your message. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.
How it is used
Your details are used to reply to you, to progress your casework with the relevant organisation, and — if you asked to be kept updated — to send you occasional news about Jon's campaigns.
Casework often has to be shared with a third party to be resolved, such as Plymouth City Council, a housing provider or the police. Only what is needed to fix the problem is shared.
What is never done with it
Your details are not sold, rented or passed to any commercial third party.
How long it is kept
Casework records are kept while the case is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the problem recurs. Mailing list details are kept until you ask to be removed.
Your choices
Ask at any time for a copy of what is held about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Email ask@plymouthjon.com and it will be actioned.
