Stonehouse is where Jon has lived since 2009, and it is where most of his casework starts. It is one of the oldest parts of Plymouth, running from Union Street down through Durnford Street towards Admiral's Hard, and it carries all the pressures that come with dense terraced housing, a high proportion of rented flats and streets laid out long before anyone owned a car.
It is also short of green space. That is the reason behind the 100 Trees in Stonehouse campaign, and the push for planters, wildflowers and greener bus shelters across the area.
Street name, what is wrong, how long it has been like that, and a photograph if you have one. Send it to Jon and it gets logged the same day where possible.
